The plan covers accidental damage and spills for a period of 5 years.

One-Time Payment
There are no excess fees or annual renewal costs associated with the plan.
Expert Repair Technicians
Expert technicians will attempt to repair damage on their first visit whenever possible.
Repair/Replace Damaged Items
If the damage cannot be repaired, the damaged part will be replaced, or a cash settlement will be offered.
Unlimited Claims Within Indemnity Value
Claims can be made at any time throughout the plan, up to the indemnity value of the furniture, which is the original purchase price (whichever is lower.)
So what does it actually cover?
All forms of accidental staining
Drink eg. tea & coffee; Food eg. curry & chocolate; Make-up; Ink
Accidental damage such as:
Tears and rips eg. Caused by keys, Burns eg. Caused by candles, Scuffs and scratches (to covering leather), Pet scratches (not as a result of build-up), Thread pulls
We do not cover for:
General cleaning; Wear and tear; Odours; Colour change; Animal chewing; Damage caused by perspiration; Frame damage or softening of interiors; Animal damage that has allowed to accumulate
